Hebrews 4:15-16 says,”For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weakness, but One who has been tempted in all things as we are, yet without sin. Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” When we approach the throne we are in the throne room, in the very presence of The Holy One. Those who have been washed clean by the blood of the Lamb, are invited, commanded to enter TheThrone Room, with confidence that we may petition for all the saints, and that we may make supplication for the lost to be saved. In the very place that myriads of angels worship day and night and never stop saying, ” Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord God Almighty, Who was and is and is to come.” We are invited to come boldly. How is that possable? How can I, a wretched sinner enter the presence of God? Through His Son Jesus Christ, Who lived, died and rose from the grave, who is seated at the right hand of the Father, The very One Who lives to make intersession for those who have placed their trust in Him and Him alone.
